Kyrsthen trained with The Naked Brow and immediately opened her own home salon the following day! Did you know that we used to be called Bohoo Brows in our early days of running? Yup. That didn't last. Sooo, we moved on to BrowtiquebyK next... which you can see ALSO didn't last. Ahh the memories.

Kyrsthen left her old job at Mecca as a make-up artist to solely focus on brows. For the first 1.5 years, she worked 7 days a week to build a strong clientele. 12 hours. Every single day. My gosh, it was AWESOME to work hard for what she knew she deserved to earn but it was definitely not sustainable! All part of the process though. It did allow her to leave her other job after 9 months!

Kyrsthen worked with Rachel Kelly, an industry leader in the world of online courses to help her launch her first-online masterclass.

A milestone! This was at the hype during the creative process of our first online masterclass.

This is when we first made our monumental change in the brow industry by bringing forward the FIRST all-inclusive Online Masterclass that equipped and empowered students worldwide with knowledge, skills and understanding now just about brows, but also about business and social media. We enrolled 400+ students in just 8 months all from organic marketing!

Boy oh boy this was a wild ride. This happened while I was overseas on holiday! Buttt, it all worked out. I managed to recover it in 2 days after rigorous efforts of contacting instagram and resolving the issue!

The next online masterclass that truly established our training academy and elevated our influence in the brow industry to new heights! We successfully enrolled over 100 students in just 2 weeks!

A HUGE milestone. Formerly known as BrowtiquebyK, we rebranded to Browtíer Academy and trademarked in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US! Mind you, this process actually started a year and a half before we finally found the right name and then went through with the application process as this is a very lengthy process. You can tell we didn't come to play ;)

Highly requested so we separated our theory components from our masterclasses and launched them as E-Books!

Where we were featured as the main artist for 3 months!

Another milestone! So incredibly grateful for all of the love and support we constantly receive. Sending it right back to each and every single one of you!

This was our first time featuring in a huge Beauty Expo and we were INUNDATED. It was nerve-wracking to perform live for the first time EVER in front of so many people but it was such a fun experience!

A life-changing decision!

Over the course of almost 3 years, we gradually reduced our salon hours from working 7 days to eventually 1.5 days a week. The moment we launched our online training academy, we knew that this would be the next step in our journey as we didn't see ourselves running a salon with employees. And so, it only made sense for us to progress naturally in this direction by closing our doors as we found that it was no longer what our business needed to continue growing. We do miss all of our beautiful clients though!

And here we are! Expanding our training academy. I'm really excited about this! It's surreal that I get to call this a job and gain financial security WHILE helping others in their journey. SO COOL.

After 2 months of learning to teach our beautiful students where we travelled across 4 cities to teach, we relaunched our in-person training to what we now call REFORMED.
