If you decide to cancel your in-person training booking, the following forfeitures will apply:

a. Cancellation within two weeks of the agreed training date:

50% of the fee will be forfeited.

b. Cancellation within 48 hours of the agreed training date:

100% of the fee will be forfeited.

A credit note can be issued and must be used within the next 3 months to rebook next training date.

All In-person Training delivered and attended to will not be subjected to any refunds. The Cancellation and Refund Policies are agreed to upon the purchase/booking of training.

Refunds will not be issued for any digital products, including online training and e-books, once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered. All sales of digital products are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

By confirming your purchase at checkout, you agree to pay the total amount of the purchase price at that time. Any mistakes that require a refund to be processed will be subjected to a processing fee and will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

During promotional periods, it is your responsibility to correctly enter any applicable discount codes. Failure to apply the discount code during the sale will result in no partial refunds being issued.
